Across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) there are a number of Specialist Outreach providers who work cohesively together to support the Graduated Response: Tregonwell Academy and Longspee Academy provide Outreach and Graduated Response support for pupils whose needs are related to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH): other Specialist Provisions (Montacute School, Winchelsea School, Linwood School) supporting the Graduated Response in other Code of Practice areas of pupil need.
Access to BCP Outreach is gained through the completion of an Outreach Application Form (see below), which must then be sent to [email protected] . An Outreach Triage Group meet regularly to discuss and allocate Outreach Applications, based on Graduated Need.
